Jam Bars for National Cranberry Day

Cranberries, oats, and almonds – oh my!

It’s National Cranberry Day, a great time to celebrate the tart, native American fruit. I personally love all things cranberry, and usually purchase several bags of the fresh fruit to keep in the freezer all year.

In honor of today however, I made these decadent Jam Bars and filled them with my favorite Cranberry Christmas Jam. You can find the Jam Bar recipe (and gift mix) in my newest e-book, Food Mixes in a Jar. Get your copy from Amazon or over on my Etsy shop.
