  • ¾ cup almond butter
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseeds
  • ½ cup miniature chocolate chips
  • 1 cup 9 grain cereal flakes
  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup sliced, chopped almonds
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. If the mixture is too loose and sticky, place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  2. Form mixture into small balls or discs. Set on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
