Almond Butter Snack Bites

Serves: 20 bites
- ¾ cup almond butter
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp flaxseeds
- ½ cup miniature chocolate chips
- 1 cup 9 grain cereal flakes
- 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
- ½ cup sliced, chopped almonds
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. If the mixture is too loose and sticky, place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Form mixture into small balls or discs. Set on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
