Serves: 6 cups
Ingredients
  • 3 cups rolled oats (not quick oats)
  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ¾ cup shredded coconut
  • ¾ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup golden flaxseeds
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ cup dark brown sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup chopped, dried peaches
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl combine oats, nuts, coconut, seeds, salt and brown sugar.
  3. Add honey and coconut oil.
  4. Stir well to combine.
  5. Spread mixture out on 2 large baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  7. Divide peaches between the baking sheets and stir. Return to oven.
  8. Bake for another 15 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven. Let cool completely.
  10. Store in an airtight container.
