bacon-free pea salad. It’s perfect for a summer picnic, cook-out, or easy
weekday lunch.

Servings: 6

    celery

  • 1/2 small small
    red bell pepper, diced

Cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes

  • 1/2 large jicama,
peeled and diced (or use 1 can of water chestnuts instead)

    oil mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup low-fat
    sour cream

    juice
