Apricot Syrup Recipe

Homemade syrups are easy to make and so full of flavor!

apricot syrup

Apricots are the bone china of the fruit world; beautiful, delicate, and perfect for any occasion. So every year I nab as many apricots as I can find during their oh so short season.

If there are enough, I can them and dehydrate them, but I always make apricot jam and apricot syrup. You will find the syrup recipe here on an older post. If you want a clear syrup, strain the puree. We all prefer the syrup to include the tangy apricot pulp and skin, and think it adds flavor.

One of the best things about making fruit syrups is that they are quick and easy! Plus it looks great in my new Ball® Spiral Jars. And with custom labels from StickerYou.
